If by any reason you are discontent with your purchase, we want to make it right. We offer a 7-day, 100% money back guarantee on our unlimited data plans, as well as a 30 day in-store warranty for any device bought from our store.

We are ready to assist you with returns or exchanges for orders that were purchased from My1Wifi.com or campaigns on Kickstarter and Indiegogo, a duplicate of your receipt will be required. If you bought your item from a different place, you should return it to the original store for a refund or exchange, observing their own return/exchange policy.

My1Wifi.com will give a refund for the cost paid of the Product or Service, excluding any shipping charges and any transaction charge which has been deducted on Kickstarter/Indiegogo, Stripe, etc., SIM card cost is not refundable. All returned products should be in new condition, and should include original packaging and accessories.

Follow these steps to request a refund or exchange for a Product or Service purchased from My1Wifi.com in accordance with this return policy:

  1. To start a return, open a support ticket from your account dashboard, we will require you to send a picture of the item and receipt duplicate before we can send you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the return address. A RMA is valid for 14 days after issuance.
  2. Pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a strong box to guarantee the item will be returned without harm. Make sure to include the RMA number in the package. The Product(s) you are returning is your responsibility until it is received by us. We recommend you hold get a tracking number for your records.
  3. When the Product is received and checked, you will get a notification email with the details of your refund.

Kindly Note:

We won’t refund original shipping charges nor SIM card cost, except if the reason behind the exchange or return is because of a mistake by My1Wifi.com. Your refund will equal to your order total, minus transaction fees, SIM card cost and shipping charges. 

E-check reversal fee:

A $25 reversal fee will be charged to all failed echeck payments.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can just make exchanges for the same item(s) initially bought. We will not exchange your order for different items.

After 30 days:

After our store return/exchange 30-day period has passed, your products will be covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, please refer to your product manual for more information.
